Rashid Yachts & Marina, formerly known as “Mina Rashid,” is an AED 25 billion development in Bur Dubai and Deira on the Dubai Creek that combines a new marina with a Riviera-style waterfront residential enclave overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the Downtown Dubai cityscape.
Emaar is collaborating on the project with P&O Marinas, which has made the land available and will continuea to develop the marinas and berthing facilities.
Among the various attractions of the complex will be ‘The Dubai Mall by the Sea,’ an upscale waterfront shopping, eating, and leisure destination, a floating yacht club, a 12,600 square metre sandy beach, and Dubai’s longest swimming pool.
