5. Brokerage Commissions & Fees
- Sales transactions typically carry a 2% commission plus 5% VAT.
- Leasing transactions typically incur a 5% agency fee or fixed minimum.
- All DLD and government fees are borne by the client as per the SPA.
6. Data Privacy & UAE Data Protection Law
We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
